1. Scope
These terms supplement the Terms of Service for everyone running a creator page on bluq ("creator").
2. Requirements
- Minimum age 18, identity verification before payouts
- Truthful information about identity and tax status
- New creator pages are only published after review by bluq
3. Content
You warrant that you hold all rights to your content and that everyone depicted is an adult and has consented in writing. Proof must be provided on request. You grant bluq a simple licence, limited to the duration of publication, to store, display, resize and blur your content for previews on the platform.
4. Prices and offers
You set membership tiers, prices, products and paid chat media yourself. Benefits promised for a tier must be delivered. Price changes apply only to new billing periods.
5. Revenue
bluq retains a platform fee on net revenue (excluding VAT). The applicable rate depends on the revenue type, the creator level, the creator plan and any individual agreement; exactly one rate applies per transaction and the current rates are always shown in the Creator Studio under “Earnings”. Rate changes apply only to future transactions. Payment provider fees are shown separately. Earnings become available after a holding period and can be requested once the minimum payout amount is reached; ID verification may be required. Refunds and chargebacks are offset by correction bookings. Paid boosts are labelled as sponsored and do not guarantee views or sales.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for taxing your income. bluq reports income to the Romanian tax authority (ANAF) under the EU DAC7 directive; for this we need your tax ID, address and date of birth.
7. Communication with members
In chat you may send text, images and videos – free or paid. Unsolicited mass messages with misleading claims are prohibited. You treat members' data confidentially and use it only on the platform.
8. Transparency
Advertising must be labelled as such. Content generated or substantially altered with AI must be labelled where legally required.
9. Termination
You may close your creator page at any time with 30 days' notice; running memberships end at the end of their period. In case of serious breaches bluq may suspend the page immediately and withhold payouts where third-party or bluq claims exist.
